For non-delivered/incomplete delivered items:

1. Kindly make a video of your delivered package before opening, only then the company will look into such cases. Here, the decision taken by the company will be considered as final.
2. Please remember to click a clear image of the delivery slip received from the courier company.
3. If the user refuses to accept the delivered product or is unavailable to collect the product due to any reason then EXCHANGE22 will hold no responsibility for the delivered item and will not arrange re-scheduling of any kind.
4. In all the cases of undelivered/incomplete delivered products, the decision taken by the company will be considered as final.
